Steve and Trevor did an amazing job on the inspection. They walked us through everything, answered all the questions we had, pointed out all the little things I would never have thought to look for, and gave us some helpful tips for fixing things. Their report was delivered promptly the next day and was extremely thorough. Unfortunately their inspection revealed several major issues that was not apparent to the untrained eye. We did not get the house because of it and I would consider their fee money well spent to avoid a moneypit. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to have an inspection.
