About Trevor Rice
Trevor brings a lot to the table. He has a long history of looking at buildings and assessing their value. In a past life, he was a Commercial Real Estate agent and ran a Commercial Maintenance Services company in California. He became an inspector in a pretty cool way, if you ask him. He met Steven’s daughter while in California. Eventually they came up to visit and soon they were moving to Washington. Trevor apprenticed and went through a class himself… And HATED it. It was a real bad experience that he didn’t want others to go through.
